Zabihullah Khogyani was born in an enlightened, educated Pashtun family in Kabul in 1978 which corresponds to 1357 Hijri Solar year.Zabihullah Khogyani graduated from Rahman Baba High School with honors degree and then started his higher education at Ahmad Shah Abdali University. In order to continue his studies, he obtained a degree in computer science and later a bachelor s degree in business administration and information technology management from California State University, USA. Zabihullah Khogyani is currently pursuing Master’s degree in Cyber Security from Purdue University. In the field of IT, Zabihullah Khogyani has remained a high-ranking expert as Senior Technical Program Manager in well-known and respectful international company his total work experience in this field exceeds 11 years as of now (2020). He also holds certification / diplomas in Computer and IT Management field from various reputable sources, especially in Agile Methodology & Waterfall Software Development. Other achievements of Computer, Management and IT Information Technology are: Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, Scrum Master Certification, Certified Agilest. Here in the Afghan Global Diaspora Council structure, Zabihullah Khogyani chairs the Commission on Refugees and Asylum Seekers.
