Naseer Ahmad Kamal has a master’s degree in Project management and HR from India and has received about 50 different certificates and achievements from different national and international universities and international organizations in different professional filed, he has been working for the last 20 years especially 12 years with United Nation in multiple key positions with UNDP, UNFPA, he has been working in the humanitarian and development sectors. Extensive background in public outreach, coordination, communication community building M&E, capacity building, Good Governance, Security sector, Institutional development, profiling the ministries and Governance sectors, Human rights, Gender mainstreaming, and procurement, were the main sectors where he has also worked as an advisor for Ministry of interior affairs, Ministry of Justice, Attorney general office, ministry of health, ministry of women affairs, and independent directorate of local Governance. He has been awarded many appreciations letter for his better services; he has had lots of visible achievements during his professional carrier.
Mr. Kamal is the founder and CEO of Afghan Youth Empowerment and Protection Civil society, he has been an elected member of the High peace council, and a member of the Open Government Partnership deputy of the Civil Society Coordination Center. He is also a social, political, and security analyst and an active participant in live broadcasting with different national and international mass media and Television.
